Commission a Portrait
If you are local to the Portland, OR metro area, you can commission a head-and-shoulders portrait of yourself or someone special!
Each piece is painted in oil, on an archival quality panel, during a 2 hour in-person painting session. The sitting can be done at my studio (which is ADA accessible), or a public location of your choosing. I work in a loose, colorful style that tries to capture the subject’s energy. I’ve provided a few examples on this page for you to check out. We can chat about the vibe and tone of your portrait before the painting session, so it feels just right for you.
Pricing
The standard portrait is $75 for either a 8 x 8 inch or 8 x 10 inch piece. There is a $15 non-refundable deposit to cover materials. Once that’s taken care of, we’ll set up a date for your sitting. The remaining balance is due at the end of the painting session, which can be done either with cash or through Venmo.
